Amara Wilkins, (Newfoundland, Canada) is a multimedia Illustrator and graduate from Leeds Arts Uni. The work she produces has an underlying theme of playfulness, incorporating liquidity, viscosity and spillages to mimic shapes and patterns within a range of mediums. Her style ranges from rough and experimental to soft and delicate work. She has a wide variety of approaches to illustration which reflect her background, inspired by rugged rural landscapes of the Newfoundland coast and vibrant city scenes and exploring how the loud and quiet of these might interact to create/produce something new and revealing.
